About
Explore 1000 years of history, politics and stunning art and architecture with Houses of Parliament audio and guided tours in London.
Tours include the route taken by the Queen at The State Opening of Parliament as she leaves the Robing Room to take her seat in the stunning Lords Chamber.
From Central Lobby, the heart of Parliament, enter the intriguing rooms of the Commons before standing in the famous green chamber itself, scene of many lively political debates.
In St Stephen’s Hall, discover why the Suffragettes went to great lengths to have their voices heard and how their struggle inspired our stunning latest artwork, ‘New Dawn.’ Finish your tour in iconic Westminster Hall, where Guy Fawkes was tried for treason and Nelson Mandela and Barack Obama, amongst others, famously delivered great speeches.
A family version of the audio tour, aimed at children aged 7 to 12, is also available in English. Keep an eye out for our seasonal family guided tours too.
Tours are available to visitors on Saturdays throughout the year.
Afternoon tea overlooking the River Thames is a popular add-on to the tours.
Bookings can be made directly with the Houses of Parliament’s Booking Team.
