Kayaking on the River Thames
The River Thames provides a great location for kayaking which appeals to all ages, level of ability and fitness.
The hiring of Canoes, Kayaks and SUPs is permissable following some social distancing and hygiene rules.
You can join a club or attend a course from an early age and the whole family can enjoy the fun of kayaking even into retirement.
What if I haven't been in a kayak before?
Don't worry – you’ll be shown how to paddle a kayak and tours include a health & safety brief and all necessary equipment including recreational touring kayaks and buoyancy aids. The British Canoe Union instructors are experts, approachable and fun.
