The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead provides a perfect setting for your meetings, conferences, product launches, training and events. It’s a great location less than 30 miles from London, for all your venue needs and offers a venue finding service. For an intimate meeting, follow in the footsteps of royalty. The Ascot Room in the elegant Grade 1 Listed Windsor Guildhall was chosen by Prince Charles for his wedding civil service. You can’t get a more convenient location than the Sir Christopher Wren Hotel & Spa, as well as being on the river just below Windsor Castle, it is also situated close to Windsor railway station.
Close by are Dorney Lake, Queen’s Eyot and Cliveden. Hold your meeting on the 2012 Olympic rowing finishing line in the Olympic Suite at Dorney Lake. There’s no finer place than Cliveden. Your own stately home for your special event for up to 120 and the Estate's 376 acres of gardens and parklands can accommodate bespoke team building days that are designed with an emphasis on fun whilst improving and enhancing team performance. If an exclusive venue is what you are looking for, then you can’t get more exclusive than your very own island. Queen’s Eyot has been owned by Eton College since 1923, and has a beautiful clubhouse built in a classical style from cedar and pine.
Check out Meet Reading for a host of meeting spaces to meet the needs of your business event with venues offering space for up to 700 delegates. It offers great connectivity being 40 minutes west of London, close to Heathrow Airport and is the western terminus of the new Elizabeth Line, which means you can travel direct to Reading from Canary Wharf, the City or West End without changing trains in around an hour. Reading is just 22 minutes by direct train on GWR services from London Paddington and is also easy to reach by car - just two miles north of the M4 and with close links to the M3 and A34.
With the river as your playground there are a great choice of team-building activities.
