Cruising from Henry VIII’s Hampton Court on the picturesque Upper Thames as far as Henley, there are guided excursions to places such as Windsor Castle, Dorney Court, Cliveden and Christ Church College, Oxford along the way. On selected departures, there is even a tour of Highclere Castle for fans of Downton Abbey.

The 117-foot long Magna Carta, which accommodates 8 passengers, is one of the finest, most luxurious vessels cruising in England today. The ambience created by combining a traditional 1936-built barge hull with fine mahogany, teak and oak woods is outstanding. Modern amenities include underfloor heating, spa pool and contemporary en suite facilities for the four spacious 200sq ft suites. The saloon and dining area feature picture windows, stylish furnishings and an open bar, whilst on the spacious deck there is comfortable seating and even a heated spa pool.
