About
Centrally located in the heart of the vibrant town of Windsor, The Windsor Guildhall is a stunning private hire venue, ideal for weddings, dinners, event hire and filming opportunities. Offering a flexible and affordable approach to all guests, The Windsor Guildhall was the chosen wedding venue of Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla (when they were The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall), as well as that of Sir Elton John and David Furnish.
The Windsor Guildhall offers a warm welcome to all couples across the United Kingdom and beyond and believes in celebrating love in all its forms. Residents of the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead are eligible for a discount of up to £200 on the room hire fee when they use their Advantage Card.
Every booking includes exclusive hire of the magnificent Council Chamber, which is an ideal backdrop for ceremonies of all sizes. Filled with natural daylight, surrounded by royal portraits of the last five centuries and lit by two glittering chandeliers (on loan from the Royal Collection Trust on behalf of The Monarch), the Council Chamber is a stunning room in which to tie the knot or host an event.
Whilst popular for small and intimate weddings, The Windsor Guildhall can also cater for larger wedding parties of up to 100 people. Why not opt to have a drinks reception after your ceremony or include dining for your guests too?
Visit the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead's Weddings and Civil Ceremonies page to find out more including hire prices, contact details, opening times and venue hire options available.
