Waterways Awards 2010

From Lechlade to Teddington, the Environment Agency want you to tell them how they are doing on the non-tidal River Thames by voting for two new awards.

The 'Best Kept Lock' and the 'Customer Service - Say it with a Smile' awards provide a great opportunity to recognise the important work of lock and waterways staff in helping to make the River Thames a great destination.

Voting is open from June until late October 2010 and winners will be announced in December.

Vote today for the 'Best Kept Lock' and the 'Customer Service - Say it with a Smile'  and you will be automatically entered into a prize draw and have the chance to win an overnight stay for two (with breakfast and dinner) at The Compleat Angler in Marlow or a 20% discount on your 2011 River Thames boat licence.

The Waterways Awards 2010 are kindly sponsored by Jacobs Engineering, Halcrow Group Ltd,  Jackson Civil Engineering and Mackley Construction.
