Description
Windsor Great Park offers one of the most beautiful and scenic opportunities to enjoy our countryside leisure.
This year, the BHF is once again offering walkers the chance to enjoy either the 4,5,10 or 15 mile routes and take in the parks natural beauty and too also see spectacular views of Windsor Castle. Ideal for families with children's entertainment put on!

9:00 – Medium & Long Walk
9:00 – Short Walk (Walkers arriving after 11am will be invited to do the short walk only)
Registration closes
11:00 – Medium & Long walkers
12:00 – Short Walk

Route
Three Routes suitable for all abilities, challenge yourself & try for the longer route this year! The 15 mile walk circles Virginia Water Lake and takes you through the ancient woodland leading you to the Copper horse giving spectacular views of Windsor Castle passing the famous polo grounds & the high obelisk before returning to the lake and waterfall. The 10 mile walk follows a new route also giving walkers the opportunity to take in the views of Windsor Castle. The 4.5 mile walk takes you around Virginia Water Lake and is ideal for families; it includes a kid's adventure trail.
